The company sent a comprehensive proposal and said that they wanted a deal by June 30th. Union chose not to pass back anything more then bullet points on scheduling, I believe nothing on reserve or compensation was sent back. Union says they only are going to prepare what the mediator tells them to. The Union can spin it however they want but it seems to me that they were not even interested in asking for anything??? I am upset that they wouldn’t even pass sections back. WTF???
They want their deal by June 30th, not our deal. Our deal is going to take a little longer. With their deal, you have to pay for any gain with a loss in another area. Its wonderful on paper, everything kind of just evens out.
