They have to come back and bash their former coworkers for not wanting to follow them to the bottom of a legacy seniority list. Go for it if that's your dream job. Makes sense for a lot of young pilots. I'll just point out that many, including myself, value seniority. I'll stick with my afternoon out-and-backs and look forward to our next contract, which will come.
