What a joke! I've been busting my hump, along with the rest of the crews, trying to do my part to improve the company's performance numbers. The amount of my bonus was beyond insulting.

This is not good. Over the last few months, pilots and management have worked together fairly well. There was a fragile sense of trust being bult by the pilot ranks with regards to management.

Will everyone continue to work to maintain the performance numbers after opening their bonus check?????? The next few weeks are going to be very interesting.
