I have a handful of buddies who are former CLA.
Different airframes, different durations of employment (from years ago, to very recentlty), etc.

The one constant between all of them is that none of them lasted very long there.
From toxic work environment, horrible management, having to fly with a doucher Lead, retarded management of the airplane, sketchy maintenance....the list goes on.
