Bottom line is the whole process is going to change. It will be AW's job to figure it out. I'm glad we have some stuff in the CBA about this. I'm pretty sure they try to be unique in some way. Old problems will disappear and new ones will be created. Inflight and ground ops will have a lot of say. Flight ops will stay out of it and worry about guys not flying around a 150'ft. I'm pretty sure they will be busy with the FAA.
As usual, the CBA gives the company an out, which will most certainly guarantee that we'll often be stuck in middle seats on DHs.
