I used milkeep (https://www.milkeep.com/) to digitize my records and then did an app review with Checked and Set (https://checkedandset.net/) to make sure the hours were filled out "correctly" for each airline I was applying to. It'll cost a little bit of money and there will still be some manual labor / auditing you need to do on your own, but it's a pretty good 90% solution and will save you a lot of pain. Good luck.
