They don’t need two thirds of the fleet to do Denver to Hawaii but the problem is I don’t think the E2 can even do BWI-LAX. It’s a cool plane but it’s still a regional jet and wouldn’t really fit in the SWA network.
BWI - LAX is 2010 nm. Latest updates have the range up to 3,000 nm so a 2,010 nm route shouldn't be a problem.
It wouldn't fly between major cities/hubs except for off peak times.
