Yes. NK is in trouble if it doesn’t put some value into treating the customer, regardless of what they paid, in a way that stands out among the rest. The lack of a face of customer service at NK “baffles” me.
I'm happy to see the shift in the business plan, even if it doesn't amount to much.
Just watching all of this unfold in the aftermath of Judge Young telling the poors that Spirit is for them, and then NK management giving the middle finger to the DOJ stating that their gonna move on from the ULCC market anyway, it fills my heart with a tremendous amount of joy.
Also, I'm glad that Jetblue management sabotaged the attempted merger with F9. I have no desire to be Mr ULCC discount airline pilot for the rest of my career, even it eventually means losing my job and starting over at a legacy.
