But with a Part 121 failure? That's not a great combo.
Not sure what the exact numbers are, but 90% of folks who show up for a Part 121 get through training - the company is already investing in folks at that point and it's a bit of egg on their face to have screened and hired someone who can't get through initial training. So there usually is some reason folks fail out on a 121 initial.
Given the hiring environment and the number of resumes they may without 121 failures? Def could take some more time so don't treat any current work too casually?
A big factor is also just the hiring environment which you don't have a ton of control over. It was pretty go go for a while there - not sure what the prognosticators are saying.
