My understanding is they don't have a specific time they wait after a 121/135 failure but I can't think of any other reason they wouln't at least interview.
Anyone have the inside scoop of their policy? For the love of God if you get a regional or other first job offer, do your best to make sure you're ready. My training failure has so far been a real drag on new opportunities.
Companies don't publish or divulge their policies that I can see regarding how long they want to see after a failure before they'll consider an applicant. Spoke with someone at Frontier at the PAPA event and he said they don't dislose this but that it's more than a year. I said two years? But again, he wouldn't say.
A friend of mine spoke with HR and asked about hiring practice, they say closer to two years from hiring date. With 121, they didn't give him an answer.
