Companies don't publish or divulge their policies that I can see regarding how long they want to see after a failure before they'll consider an applicant. Spoke with someone at Frontier at the PAPA event and he said they don't dislose this but that it's more than a year. I said two years? But again, he wouldn't say.
A friend of mine spoke with HR and asked about hiring practice, they say closer to two years from hiring date. With 121, they didn't give him an answer.
