I queried the pilot hiring help desk and received a reply within a few hours. Apparently an update was made to the application, and all apps were kicked back into the pool. The rep said to update your application with appropriate times, updates etc. So it sounds like a new parameter was added or maybe using something to "vet" the applications. Hopeful it will get pick up again soon.
