You guys are all missing something HUGE that works in our favor against single pilot ops.
INSURANCE!
Ever see the premium increase when going for a SP type on a CJ3 or similar vs one that requires an SIC?
On an airframe with a hull (and liability) value more than 10X (hell....prob close to 50X) more than a small biz jet, the incremental increase in insurance premiums with be much much more than a FO's salary.
Can't belive all you guys are not even mentioning that.
