About the only innovation that comes to mind which could blow your market share wide open would be to build your own private airports in key hub and destination cities. Hypothetically assuming localities would even allow that.
Hey I watched Yellowstone too. But their dream to turn Bozeman into Park City was crushed by that damn land conservancy.
