They didn't say; with all the slowdown in hiring (across the industry) I can only guess that they're re-evaluating their hiring needs and maybe I was in the top 10, but now they're taking the top 2%? Just a guess. Not sure what "locked" truly meant aside from "your application is being reviewed".
