Ill third this. There aren't going to be furloughs in this environment. This isn't an economic calamity. If they were going to furlough, they would have already done it. If you don't think the pilot managers in Dallas haven't already put pencil to paper to see how much they save vs how much it costs to furlough, then you are fooling yourself.

Don't get discouraged, my brother (or sister). Do your best to extract the maximum amount of money commensurate with the level of effort you are willing to put forth. Go home and forget about it. Rinse. Repeat. Bang out sick and take a little break every now and then. The best stuff in life isn't in an aluminum tube, trust me. Better days lie ahead. Don't sweat stuff you can't control. I have been doing this garbage for 10 years now and this place continues to push forward despite itself. Imagine what it could do with some even mildly competent leaders in charge.
