Our hiring goes hand in hand with the legacies. Quite a few 737 and 767 guys will leave for AA/UA/DL when given the chance as that is more familiar style of flying for them. The 747 is like a different airline.
I assumed this is a trend we would see, however, recently attrition has been slower. Most hiring is down with engine and aircraft delivery issues and layoffs elsewhere in the industry. When things settle down, I also believe that some here that are fond of domestic over international WB will depart the pattern.
