How long before a new hire could get there if in the indoc drop? Based on indoc and fleet training time, is there pretty much guaranteed to be a base bid during that time? New to all this, thank you in advance!
Pretty quick for Houston, I’d imagine less than 6 months especially if you can get 737 in indoc, they pumped a lot of people into there that don’t necessarily want to be there so you should see some movement this fall
