That's the wonderful thing about union protections and arbitration, you can get your job back for wrongful termination but it takes a year or two. Keep that rainy day fund full. A hostile management team can still fire you anytime for any reason and you are on your own to pay your bills for an extended time even if you are ultimately vindicated.

The company might have to pay back pay but that's a small cost for the chilling effect the terminations have on behavior and morale. Hopefully there is a special place in hell for Ford and Harrison.
