I still have a toe in the water there presently. I can affirm that if we could hire EVERY mil trained fixed wing pilot we would absolutely do it in a heart beat.
weird, because plenty of mil trained guys were waiting for a call when I was hired, and I’m just a lowly civilian schmuck.
what ive been told, and I’m far more inclined to believe because hiring data support it, is DL values a variety of backgrounds. 50/50 split civ mil has been pretty standard for all our hiring post 9/11.
But I’m sure what you are saying supercedes 15 years of pre Covid competitive hiring data.
