I figure it out. I either bring a 26 or 4 bags. But I've had managers complain the 4th bag is a prob either from the color (its gray) or the quantity if deadheading.

Did your reading comprehension fail you? I have to fly with "required by SI" stuff and "spares" that the FAA requires I fly with that takes up HALF of a 26 roller.

Nevermind that I've never had a prosthetic fail ever, which considering the sports I do (Mountain Biking, Motocross, Supercross, Adventure Biking) is way more a torture test in a week than a career of walking through the airport the FAA makes me carry a spare, which is funny because for my SODA I had to demo I can still fly without it if needed.

So I'm basically going on 5-6 day trips with an effectively 13 inch roller, the LW square-ish tote hanging on the hook and the small aurora cooler for the refrigerated med and my need in flight stuff. So headset, glasses, iPad, chargers, certificates plus a couple vials and needles in a smaller ice pack bag inside the cooler bag. Oh, and a small sharps container.

Other than the 26 roller I have one of the smaller load outs I've seen. Which considering all the crap I have to bring per the FAA I think I pack pretty well.

But even on a day trip, I'm bringing a 22 roller because my medical states "must have spare prosthetic available when flying" and since its "stored" in my running shoes, they go on every flight even a lap in the pattern in a 152. Granted in the 152 they just get thrown behind the seat in a helmet bag.

And with reroutes/ delays I'd be a fool not to bring my cpap because if end up somewhere overnight unexpectedly, can't fly unless I slept at least 6 hours with it on.
