My point being that PB doesn't have any more "power" to drop a day than a PD does. Unless PB is converted to SUPP and used to APD to drop a day.
I don’t think it will allow you to use a single PD to drop a day which will interfere with the minimum days in a row for a given category, but it will allow a PB day, but I’m not sure I could be wrong.
