ahhh ok yeah I’m ER so that makes sense. Can’t use a PD to break up a 4 day stretch but can use a PB day. Same goes for IVD.

I didn’t know you could use PD for individual LC days in the NB categories.

Just PSA I used IVDs this last two months as a junior ER A to immense advantage so anyone not sure about how they work I’d encourage them to look into it. They effectively can give a lot of time off in the summer to anyone no matter how junior (assuming 25% reserve coverage and non 4th of July footprint) , assuming you have vacation left over in SEP-DEC, which anyone junior should be able to get.
