I didn’t know you could use PD for individual LC days in the NB categories.

Just PSA I used IVDs this last two months as a junior ER A to immense advantage so anyone not sure about how they work I’d encourage them to look into it. They effectively can give a lot of time off in the summer to anyone no matter how junior (assuming 25% reserve coverage and non 4th of July footprint) , assuming you have vacation left over in SEP-DEC, which anyone junior should be able to get.
The vacation year runs April to March, so you can pull from vacation as far out as March to use for IVD's. And junior people get those leftover Jan and Feb vacation weeks, so those are great to pull from to use in the summer.
