We can get any job (at another company) we want that does not require a class 2 medical and there is no offset.
we have to be under the care of a doctor, proving we can’t hold a medical and need to submit proof no more often than six months.
always make sure you have a disability policy that says you are disabled if you can’t do “your job”. Ones that say you are only disabled if you can’t work at all suck.
Not arguing. We’re saying similar things using different terms. Go out on a psych disability, no hiding that. Engage or participate in activities where another party is damaged in some way by failure to disclose or neglect adhering to limitations, could be deemed culpable in a liability/tort filing.
SSRI therapy for depression as approved under special issuance meds come attached to hims oversight. Treatment for unstable behavior resting in the hands of assessment specialists. Opinions vary. Brave leap with no going back to Kansas.
