I know a few people on the 747 with Atlas and they are barely working. Is this aircraft purchase simply to make investors happy because you don't have any work for them now or in the near future?
All the new jets have already been placed with customers.
There is more open time in 747 than ever before, and this peak will be open time extravaganza.
Currently we are turning away customers because we don't have enough heavy lift.
Don't know where you got your info from, but it's 100% wrong. Barely working is just a feature here, we generally don't work very hard, but there is record amount of flying right now.
