So if HAL is hiring and I currently have a CJO with Alaska, I could in theory potentially get hired with Hawaiian and start before Alaska calls me with a class date and still have a better Alaska seniority number due to the merger?
I understand HAL has over 100 CJOs in its own pool. Not sure if they merge CJOs while certificates are separate or how that goes down. Apparently Alaska has told us to meet our needs for hiring in the meantime, which makes sense.
