Of course they do. You are just now figuring this out? If we didn't value day trips above all else why else would we be here? There is not a single reason to be here otherwise. Glad you tracked down all the clues sherlock and figured out the mystery of the industry.

I have only ever heard three reasons from pilots for why they are at allegiant: 1. day trips 2. type rating 3. couldn't get hired anywhere else (okay they don't actually tell me that but sometimes its obvious - tho that is the vast minority of our pilots).
