The $650/yr fee essentially gets cut down to $350 with the $25/month reimbursement for eating out at restaurants. It's well worth it for the lounge access on overnights.
It feels like the number of hotels that allow lounge access even to Titanium members on layovers is dropping precipitously. This is a purely subjective observation, of course.
