JK told me earlier this year Alaska rates wouldn’t get it done. We were talking about Alaska’s rates at the time. Maybe he feels differently now with what’s going on the industry.

I don't know man. Sounds like a spin on what he probably actually told you. He is one of the NC that I have talked to more than once and he hasn't said anything like that to me. He told me months ago that the company offer wasn't going to get it done and that there was no reason why we shouldn't be paid as well as eveyone else. He told me every time that the contract was going to be a "total Package" and that pay was not the most important thing. It just seems weird that he would tell you there was a line in the sand on pay rates.
May be naive but I think the company needs to get something done and will have to do it soon. I will tell you this though, I don't want the garbage that the company keeps putting out. I guess we will see.
