Yup, flaps 1 the jet will fly. Maybe a tail strike and a couple soiled seats in the flightdeck. Flaps up the result is too dire to expound any further
That's how it was explained to me at a previous shop. Some minimal flaps > no flaps. You'll more than likely still get the jet airborne, barring a particularly short runway or high load.
