As someone with a desire to fly 3+ day trips, I don't really mind the day trips model, in all honestly. I mean it is what it is, these things change with the winds. I just hope that the number of multi-day trips goes up (it seems to be...slowly), even if the percentage isn't skyrocketing back in favor of 2-4 day trips.

The base issues should be handled better though. There should be limitations on how many displacements can occur or something to force them to better plan and allocate new hires to these locations. I'm actually enjoying my time in PR. Won't be forever for me but it's honestly a great base if you're not tied to a family elsewhere.

Speaking of SJU.. Hope we get rid of the duty period min and replace it with a min daily credit. These 3 days out of SJU crediting 11 hours are no bueno.
