I don't know if you guys are pre-or post "lost decade" or not (I'm too young for 9/11 but old enough for the lost decade), but honestly stagnation is cyclical and not really any surprise for me. Kind of how the ball bounces in this industry. Maybe I'm not making enough of it, but it's just how it goes.

Even if I made more if it, I have no power to change any of it. Make hay while the sun shines so when you inevitably get stuck, you get stuck in a good place. That's the name of the game. That hasn't always been the case for me.
