It varies a lot. We have some 4 leg days that are in the range of 5-6 hours, those you just end up min credit. We have some days that are 8 legs, closer to 11 hours, although those are pretty rare now it seems like. 5-7 leg days are the norm with duty days ranging between 8 and 10 hours. Landing credit isn't on top of that, it's tagged on to flight time credit, so we get the higher of min day(4:10 for now, 5 hours starting in March), block credit(including the 6 minutes per leg), and duty credit(at 60%).
This whole operation will probably change once we get the 5 hour min day. I can't imagine seeing any more 4 leg days, I think we're going to see a lot more 6-8 leg days. The company isn't going to give that 5 hours away for free.
Yeah 4:10 is pretty sad. SkyWest had 4:12 like 10 years ago. Bummer everything doesn’t stack.
