Honestly even living in a base, doing out and back trips, there is a huge risk of "get home idis" cause you have something to do when you should stay parked.... getting the plane fixed ot waiting for wx...but even then could you leave at 6 am and return at 9pm, not counting the drive to and from the airport?
IMHO wait a few more years....
If you are well-qualified they might hire you as home-based for the larger equipment. It worked well for me, 2 weeks on followed by 1 or 2 off.
