Helpful for me in trying to understand what's possible and likely so that I can talk it out with my family before making any sort of decisions, if it even comes to that. Right now, I am in the information gathering stage, just trying to figure out what the policies and expectations are, because I am just gleaning what I know bit by bit by reading through forums and such. I'd rather know as much as I can now, before I even have an interview, so that there are no surprises.
