I'd say to the first one that we are human and stuff happens. No one is perfect. If you get the opportunity to speak about it make sure to own it & describe how you grew as a professional. Describe how that learning event carried forward and made you a better professional today. The second job you progressed to a PIC role at another company, I wouldn't say spending 9 months there and moving on to a role with more responsibility is a negative so if you have to talk about it turn it into a positive (unless PRD will reflect differently).

Go to job fairs, that's 100% what got me an interview. Follow the FB page. Don't give up after 1 job fair, keep trying. Good luck.
