I am basically re-shocked every time I go back and forth flying economy on us vs anyone else. JetBlue is so nice and spacious, yet it seems like nobody knows this! Charging less for a better product is the only way we win... IF we can turn a profit doing it.
This is honestly the only reason I've stayed here. We have a winning formula here if people outside of NY and BOS knew anything about us. Hell, everyone west of the Mississippi thinks we are like Spirit now.
