Second vote for Comm Innovations. I initially purchased the CI6868-02 and it solved the issue for most (not all) of the handful problem A320 aircraft with poor Bose A20 microphone connection. I contacted them again to purchase a second adapter as a backup and they suggested a new modified version CI6868M-02. This one seems to work a bit better than the original. Hope it helps.
