I would delete this rather specific work history from your post, and then apply anyway and have your app professionally reviewed. If you are asked to interview, then do 1-on-1 interview prep to prepare for some questions about your employment history. The less-than-a-year-stint is really no big deal, as people leave companies for other ones all the time. The other situation, which is essentially a retaliation issue, can be explained away with some good preparation.
