Only time I’ve ever done an offline DH was on Hawaiian. They gave me some serious side eye, and boarded me last after every other pax had boarded. I told them I was perfectly fine staying in Kona but they finally made it work and got me my middle seat (inter island so no PWA protections) after some “phone calls”.
Onboard crew was great though.
