I haven’t spent any time looking at numbers, but don’t expect much change in the wage base. The pilot pay raise will be more than offset by the lack of one time payment in the calculations. I wouldn’t be surprised if wages are actually lower overall given how much of the calculation is from the pilots vs other employees.
