As other pointed out, yes, they still have to DH you as the PWA says. I had a DH out of Kuwait years ago after repositioning a plane, the company put us on United thru IAD, in business class. Worked great, only indication that it was United was a D UA 501 (or whatever the flt number was) as the flt number for the DH and a one sentence note at the bottom of the rotation saying, "DH REC LOC ABCDEF" - I was able to use the ABCDEF and look it up on their website.
