IMHO this is what is hurting y'all more than anything. The product can be amazing on the plane but when your performance metrics are bad people don't come back. My family and I bought tickets on 2 occasions on Jet Blue for vacation travels because there was nonstops available on the route. We had one of the 4 flights operated on time so we've gone back to just buying discount tickets on company metal and dealing with connecting in a hub for the reliability and frequencies when things do run late.

Great link, thanks for posting that. Followed it and found the
latest data from Jan through Jun. They don't graph anything, just tables, so I decided to plug it in real quick for a visual. We improved shortly after management swapped out, but dropped back down again. Then again, seems like everyone had that March dip and then popped back up.
