Unless you are a UAE national the minimum requirements are 4000 hours total time with 2000 Multi-engine jet. Could that requirement be lowered? = Yes, but so far it has not been. Could EK start hiring Second Officers at 2000 total? = Yes, but probably not for a few more years.

I would go to Easyjet or Ryanair and build your time up.
