Stagnation is going to get worse before it gets better, 2026 the tides should turn…there is talk of 700-1000 hires that year…looks like a pretty tough road until then.
Can anyone explain the word "circled" in this context? This clown uses it like everyone knows its meaning.
"All captains circled for 3 years", does this mean no one can bid Captain on anything?
