Dunno, but I think it makes more sense to dig in within artillery range of the Sevn river and let the Russians try to resupply their trapped forces than try to roll those forces up. The term Rope a Dope comes to mind. In the meantime, another Russian ammo dump bit the dust today. I get the impression they don't store munitions in igloos.
