( it’s all roses until it’s all doom and gloom) If their plan is to only hire 300 for 2025 then I expect them to hire 100/ month jan-mar then come to us for concessions. This gets the maximum butts in seats for summer while simultaneously giving them a point to negotiate from.

I expect them to keep their cards close to their chest on hiring and even if they didn’t I just don’t trust what they have to say.
