Suggesting that 21A pilots have departed former employers due to training deficiencies seems like sour grapes. If a particular company can't attract or retain pilots, I'd look at what's on offer.

And keep in mind that the pilot you're disparaging may be the one you need to ask for a ride to work or home, since your company doesn't provide travel. Wise up!
