On flip side, ATL is HQ, lotta career opportunity, huge spread of equipment & network. So if you ain’t living in SFO or EWR, you’re gonna commute & UA has technically the poorest commuting policies, I’d say go fly WB with Delta.
my counterpoint to this would be widebody Fo and capt would come much sooner at UA than DL. At UA they don’t have a seat lock if you get awarded a smaller plane and it will about 5 years to hold 330/350 at delta for someone hired now. Probably less than 2 at UA for 777/787.
