You can bid for specific days off/on. You get 11 days off/month on reserve. You get 7 'hard' days off, which
cannot be moved by the company, and 4 'soft' days off, which can be moved by the company. Then you bid on your reserve window. Whether it's short call (1.5 hr. callout/2 hrs. for JFK) or Long Call (9 hr or 12 hr. callout).
The reserve system here isn't the greatest...
